When can I expect my order to be dispatched?

How long will it take for my order to arrive after being dispatched and how much is shipping?

All orders are dispatched from our dispatch warehouse in Midvale in Western Australia. Once we have dispatched your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Your order can be tracked by visiting the Australia Post website

Within Australia

Regular Postage - $10 (free for Australian orders of $70+) - approximately 2-19 business days

Express Postage - $14 (free for Australian order of $100+) - approximately 1-6 business days

New Zealand

Regular Postage - $13 (free for New Zealand orders of $99+) - approximately 5-8 business days

Can I combine my orders?

If you have placed multiple orders within a 6 hour period of time we may be able to combine your orders, depending if we have started to process them yet. Please contact us and provide the order numbers you wish to combine ASAP.

If you have already placed an order but forgot to add a product, please contact us ASAP. If we have not already started processing your order, we will hold your order and email you a discount code to use on your new order to remove the additional shipping charge.

We offer local order pick up from our dispatch warehouse in Midvale, Western Australia. This option can be selected during checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We know that shopping online is difficult. Will the product suit you... are the colours right?

To overcome your concerns, we offer 14-days hassle-free returns on all items, excluding clearance items and lucky dip products. Simply contact us to let us know what product/s you would like to return and your order number. We will then let you know where to send your return to. It's that easy!

For a full refund, exchange or credit note, the product in question must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unworn (excluding products claimed under our 100% hypoallergenic guarantee), in the condition it was received in and in its original packaging.

Items MUST be shipped in a box with adequate packaging to ensure that they do not get damaged during transit. If damaged during transit, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that postage is non refundable and return postage to Girlfetti is at the expense of the customer.

If you’re like me, you want your earrings and accessories to last a long time. Please take the time to read the below recommendations to get the most out of your Girlfetti bling.

What should I avoid?

Your accessories don’t like coming in contact with perfumes, cosmetics, hair products, moisturizers and water. The easiest way to avoid these things is for your accessories to be the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing taken off at the end of the day. Easy!

Abrasive surfaces aren’t your accessories friend! Make sure you store your accessories away from rough surfaces and other earring posts. Below you can find some handy ideas on how to do this.

Your accessories don’t like being dropped. If you are clumsy like me, don’t worry. Just make sure that you put your accessories on and take them off while standing over a soft surface such as carpet or a rug.

Avoid leaving your accessories in areas of extreme heat (e.g., in your car). This can cause the breakdown of the glue used to secure your earring backs and the bonding of the UV printing.

How should I remove my earring backs?

Please take care when removing the backs off your earrings. Rough movements like pulling and twisting can cause the glue to weaken over time, causing the post to fall off.

If over time your earring posts come off, feel free to send us a message and we can help you out.

How do I clean my accessories?

Your accessories can be easily cleaned using a clean, soft jewellery polishing cloth. If your accessories are dirty, you can wipe them over carefully with a baby wipe.

How should I store my accessories?

Your items should be stored in a cool, dry and clean place, away from rough surfaces. We recommend that accessories are stored safely on an earring board or in separate boxes (tackle boxes are a great option). Please also ensure that they are kept away from heavier items which may crush your accessories and damage their components.

Additionally, items with tassels are best stored hanging, to ensure that the strands don't go out of shape. 

Please note:

We do not recommend our products for use by children under the age of 3 due to risk of choking as most of our products include small pieces. Use of items on children should always be under supervision. Girlfetti will not be held responsible for any misuse of our products.
